Paper Carpet

We would like to introduce one of our products, Paper carpet, the backing is come with EVA or EVAPOLYTEX backing. This backing can keeps the shape of the rug and prevents it from sliding when walking on it.

When using EVAPOLYTEX backing, the bottom of the rug is attached with the felt cloth by using hot-melt EVA and EVA powder is scattered on the felt. The powder is melted in infra-red oven making the rug un-slippery. This backing makes the rug slightly more flexible, softer and denser compared with EVA.

The EVAPOLYTEX backing does not stain the floor and it is the advantage of using this . It is also can work for floor heating and does not generate dust or crumble.
